Customer Reviews of Norpro 12-by-15-Inch Baking Sheet, Stainless Steel
Customer Rating: Summary: Great cookie sheets! Comment: Since learning how bad Teflon is, I decided that I wanted to get rid of our cookie sheets and buy new ones. But I couldn't figure out what kind to get. I wanted stonewear sheets, but they are expensive and get mixed reviews (lots of sticking). So I went with these instead and I am really glad that I did. They work beautifully, though I do grease them first, unlike Teflon coated sheets. Everything bakes beautifully and comes off easily, they are simple to clean up and very inexpensive. I highly recommend them! Customer Rating: Summary: Great Considering There Are No Alternatives Comment: I can't find stainless steel pans anywhere so I bought these. They worked great the first time. The front edge of the pan was bent during shipping, but not enough to return it. Customer Rating: Summary: cookie sheets Comment: Great cookie sheets, easy to clean, glad to be away from non stick. Why did I wait so long to buy them? Customer Rating: Summary: Exceeded Expectations! Comment: Eliminating reactive metal cookware from our kitchen. Never had a stainless steel baking sheet before and now wish I'd been using them for years. Bakes evenly, distributes heat well, very easy clean up. Highly recommend this product. Customer Rating: Summary: Another great bargain. Comment: Perfect size for my oven, which is smaller than the norm. The pan looks great, cleans up easily and except for a tendency to warp at higher temps this is a very good buy. And the warping is not half as bad as my old aluminum cookie sheet which would crowd stuff at one end and which would warp at even fairly low temps. I am eminently satisfied with this pan and with the price. More Reviews Made from durable stainless steel, this Small Cookie Sheet from Norpro will stand up to years of constant use. It conducts heat evenly for uniform baking of cookies, biscuits, and more. The pan measures 12 inches wide by 15 inches long and has a small lip to prevent food from sliding off the sheet. Choosing Appliance -> Built-in Ovens Keen cooks may want to take advantage of multi-function ovens - usually aimed at the top end of the market. As well as traditional cooking, fan or fan-assisted cooking and grilling, these ovens offer up to nine further functions. These include: Top element only (browning), bottom element (final cooking of pastry dishes or pizzas), fan and bottom element (delicate cooking), fan only (thawing). Choosing Appliance -> Energy-Efficient Refrigerators The EnergyGuide label on new refrigerators will tell you how much electricity in kilowatt-hours (kWh) a particular model uses in one year. The smaller the number, the less energy the refrigerator uses and the less it will cost you to operate. In addition to the EnergyGuide label, don't forget to look for the Energy Star label. A new refrigerator with an Energy Star label will save you between $35 and $70 a year compared to the models designed 15 years ago. This adds up to between $525 and $1,050 during the average 15-year life of the unit. Norpro 12-by-15-Inch Baking Sheet, Stainless Steel Useful info -> Energy-Efficient Appliances When you do have to shop for a new appliance, look for the Energy Star label. Energy Star appliances have been identified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and DOE as being the most energy-efficient products in their classes. They usually exceed minimum federal standards by a substantial amount. |
