Customer Rating:  Summary: Good product\^^/ Comment: Have been using this for the past 6 months. The bottom has some small cuts/stripes. Use the hand soap and a piece of clothe (not sponge) to wash very gently. Far as cooking, it gives very good result. Far as how to best remove/wash debris from this pot/pan I have no clue\^^/ Customer Rating: Summary: calphalon 2 1/2 qt contemporay sauce pan Comment: This is a great pan. Everyone needs a non-stick sauce pan and the shape of this one makes it perfect for many jobs. It's well made, not too heavy to handle and the glass lid lets you observe your work. The pan flares out near the rim, so for smaller jobs the ingredients are concentrated at the bottom. The flared out area makes it easier to get a spoon or spatula in there to work the sauce. Looks aren't everything however, and this cookware line is not simply another pretty face! No indeed, this collection is constructed of heavy gauge aluminum, reknowned for its fast and even heating, and it's lined with durable non-stick for easy clean up and low fat cooking. Lids are of tempered glass to allow visual monitoring of the cooking process. This sauce pan is a good choice for making puddings, heating hot fudge or dips or for cooking veggies. Additionally the low and wide profile combine to facilitate evaporation, an essential aspect of reduction sauces. 
Choosing Appliance -> Taps Dual-flow mixers provide independent hot, cold or mixed water after leaving the end of the spout. They can be deck-mounted on the sink or pillar/bridge-mounted for a more traditional look. Alternatively, choose a monobloc tap, which is a single-hole fitting that usually has two handles for hot and cold water supply. Choosing Appliance -> Plastic wrap An absolute must with a million and a half uses. But do not buy just any plastic wrap. Go to a restaurant supply store and buy a large roll of restaurant plastic wrap. It sticks much better than the common grocery store plastic wrap and is much cheaper per foot.
