Customer Rating:   Summary: Frame Bends Comment: We used this can crusher in our office. Needless to say it was probably used more than the average household. However, being the person that tended to do the crushing (because people would just leave the cans sitting around for someone else to do, I found it rather easy to use. After about a year the frame and arm began to bend out of shape. This caused the cans to not drop easily into place to be crushed so the user would have to maneuver each can before crushing. Then the handle tended to twist so that it would not crush the can evenly. Perhaps in a regular household this product would be sufficient to last a few more years. Customer Rating: Summary: Great crusher! Comment: I ordered this crusher as a replacement to one I bought from a chain discount tool store. The first one had plastic which quickly broke. This crusher is all metal & works fine. Customer Rating: Summary: Awesome Can-Crusher Comment: I really like the Pacific Precision Metals Multi-Can Crusher. The only thing I would like to see changed is the amount of space to put cans in. It only holds 6, I'd like to see that doubled to hold more cans. The product is durable, and will last longer than the plastic ones on the market. Thanks for a great product. Occasionally the cans slip out of place and I have to manually adjust them, but that is no big deal considering what little I paid for this. It surely beats stomping on them with my feet. I'm very pleased with this product. It has lasted me several years and I'm considering buying one for someone else. Customer Rating: Summary: Construction is weak Comment: I bought this multi-can crusher and mounted it in my garage. After loading it up for the first time, a pull on the handle did not result in a crushed can. It resulted in the handle popping out of the mechanism. Kitchen tips -> Chicken pieces When cooking chicken pieces, start with the dark pieces and then add the white chicken. The dark takes longer to cook than the white, so starting the dark first will assist in the white and dark getting done close to the same time |
