Customer Rating:   Summary: Couldn't even give it away. Comment: This product was purchased for work. I'm a server and do Wine Service at least ten times a night. Everytime I atempted to use this, it split the cork, the screw part is very thick. The handle is uncomfortable in my hand and it is the WORST wine key I have ever used. I tried giving it to someone after I got another from a Wine Rep and no one would even TAKE it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Customer Rating: Summary: Great corkscrew, would buy again Comment: This corkscrew is the perfect item for a kitchen or bar. It is a nice medium weight and the metal pieces feel solid and well made. The rubber body makes for a comfortable hand hold and won't slip easily. Considering the price, this is a great value and won't disappoint. Choosing Appliance -> Built-in Ovens Ease of cleaning is well worth considering at the outset. Stay clean liners resist dirt build-up but pyrolitic cleaning is the ultimate. It burns off all baked-on debris at 500°C so that all you have to do is sweep out the resulting ash. Look out for ovens with a steam cleaning facility, too, and remember that some ovens have removable inner doors that are easy to clean. Choosing Appliance -> Food Processor This is a big ticket item, but worth its weight in gold. It will save so much time when it comes to simple chopping or more advanced preparations like mayonnaise. As with most things, buy quality-- it will last longer, be capable of tougher jobs, and give you less problems. Useful info -> Fridge / Freezers No new fridge or fridge/freezer should contain CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons) or HFCs (hydroflourocarbons), which have been linked to the "Greenhouse Effect". However your old fridge may contain them, so please dispose of it thoughtfully. Your local authority should be able to give you some advice and guidelines. |
