Customer Rating: Summary: Prime Pacific Pasta Machine is excellent Comment: We've never owned a pasta machine before but this one is so easy to use and has become a very much used appliance in our kitchen. I don't buy dumplings from market anymore. However, it takes some practices to get the full benefit it provides. I suggest everyone to read and follow the instruction prior to your first use. Choosing Appliance -> Ovens Most avid bakers prefer separate, even-heat double electric ovens. If that describes you - and you have the space - be sure one of the ovens is equipped with a broiler that provides at least 3,000 watts of cooking power. Also look for racks that pull all the way out and lock in place for safe, easy access to the oven. On the inside, a dark interior shows less baked-on grime, while a porcelain interior is easier to clean Choosing Appliance -> Spoons Buy stainless spoons (both slotted and non-slotted) which are solid and won't bend no matter how tough the job.
