Comment: Maybe we were expecting too much...the salsa screen did not remove ANY seeds and a lot of the good, thick meat of the tomatoes went out the end of the saucemaster with the skin. What we were left with was not what I call good, thick textured salsa. It was more like very seedy, runny tomato mush. We would rather cut the tomatoes by hand than run them through the salsa screen.
