Customer Rating:   Summary: Great pan Comment: I am pleased with this pan. My husband used it first and almost burned food to the bottom but it cleaned up easily. The only concern was a little discoloration around the inside toward the bottom. I don't know if that was due to being overheated in first use, or from the pretreatment to take off the protective coating on the copper as instructed before using. It doesn't seem to affect it's performance, though, so it's not really a problem.

Also, you should consider buying a non-stick silicon sheet: they make baking very easy! Choosing Appliance -> Spoons Buy stainless spoons (both slotted and non-slotted) which are solid and won't bend no matter how tough the job. Also, buy several high quality wooden spoons for stirring delicate dishes like risotto (the sharp edge of a metal spoon would cut or bruise the rice).
