Henckels conveniently puts a code number-the centimeter size of the lid-on the underside of every pan and lid, so that matching the two together is a snap. This 30-centimeter lid fits any Classic Clad 12-inch pan, such as the fry or grill pan. Made of gleaming 18/10 stainless steel, the lid helps keep moisture and nutrients inside the pan during cooking, and beautifully complements the stylish cookware.

Each Classic Clad lid is topped with a square handle that is riveted for strength, and features a raised rim that snugly fits the corresponding pan. The lid and pan may be used on any kind of stovetop burner, and are oven-safe to 500 degrees F. Henckels recommends washing Classic Clad lids and pots by hand to preserve the finish, and covers each piece with a lifetime warranty. Patented ergonomic handle design provides optimal control, comfort, and balance. The end of the handle has a hanging hole which saves storage space in the kitchen.	Unique hollow cast handle design and V-shaped connection to pot keeps handle cooler.
