Customer Reviews of KitchenAid Gourmet Reserved 16-Inch Rectangular Roaster with Rack
Customer Rating: Summary: Awesome Roaster Comment: This is the roasting pan every kitchen needs. It is easy to handle and clean. You take care it it, it will take care of you. It has a strong and well-built construction. More Reviews This hard anodized rectangular roaster can accommodate a full size turkey or roast, measuring in at 16-in. long. The pan's large handles allow you to transport with confidence and ease. The pan comes with a roasting rack to hold meats above the pan and the rack allows maximum heat circulation and gives room for food to cook below, flavored by the savory drippings of the meat. You can also use this pan to make lasagna or fill it with ice and beverages for a makeshift mini bar. Handwash with mild dish soap. Choosing Appliance -> Range Cookers The way you cook is also key to deciding which type of range cooker to choose. No-frills heat storage ranges such as Agas retain heat they have gradually built up and generally have two ovens without temperature controls - the hot oven is for roasting and baking, the cool one for slow cooking/keeping warm. Choosing Appliance -> Stainless steel bowls These are the best all purpose bowls for a multitude of applications. Choose a wide range of sizes (be sure to get a large bowl for whipping egg whites and whipped cream). In general, the heavier the bowl, the higher quality. KitchenAid Gourmet Reserved 16-Inch Rectangular Roaster with Rack Tips How to Maintain Appliance -> Stainless Steel Maintenance Wipe away any acid spills such as from vinegar or grapefruit straight away. Never clean the bowl or draining board with an abrasive cleaner. Instead use liquid detergent in warm water and wipe with a soft cloth to remove water drop marks. Care for stainless steel appliance fascias and cabinet fronts in the same way. If choosing stainless steel cabinets, a 'brushed' surface is less likely to show grease from finger marks. |
