At first, Amazon shipped me a set with 2 broken shot glasses, shards of which found their way into the flaps of the box, which then found their way into my fingers. But Amazon quickly replaced it with a new set after I sent them an email. Its good because of the tray/holder thing that makes bringing drinks to a different room very convenient. They're rather plain looking, but you get what you pay for. And these are more than right for the money.
