Customer Rating:  Summary: A very nice inexpensive grill pan Comment: Nice and heavy, does the job, and very inexpensive. It is pretty easy to clean - I soak it in warm water, even if not immediately, and then clean stuff off with a soft sponge. Vegetable oil works best for seasoning the pan, and I also always keep cooking spray at hand. Another great thing is that Emeril makes a grill press that fits this pan exactly, also inexpensive. I would advise purchasing something to cover the handle, as it gets pretty hot. And I think it should get seasoned after 5-10 heavy uses.
