Customer Rating:  Summary: Luigi Bormioli Fan Comment: Sorry, but I'm with reviewer Shaun Oster: Shut up and drink yer coffee, LOL! Seriously, no offense meant to anyone. I have three sets of Bormioli Duo glassware and I love 'em all: doppio espresso Luigi Bormioli Duo 4-Ounce Espresso Glasses, Set of 4, coffee/tea Luigi Bormioli Duo 10-Ounce Coffee/Latte Glasses, Set of 4 and cappuccino sizes. I ordered the espresso set along with the Bodum Pavina (solo) espresso dual-wall glassware Bodum Pavina Double Wall Espresso/Shot Glass, Set of 2 and Bodum Paula ceramic (solo) espresso w/saucers Bodum Paula Espresso Cups and Saucers, Set of 6 from Amazon. Only the Paula's came destroyed (two out of six were pulverized), and they are the "heavier-duty" of all of them. Once I got the Bormioli espresso set, the Bodum stuff never gets used. Bodum was more expensive, and not as nice INHO. Yes, they are extremely fragile. No, I don't put them in the microwave or the dishwasher, nor do I allow spoons to be used in them. I wash them by hand and treat them with respect. The espresso size hooked me on the Bormioli stuff. They are the only two-shot size of the above-mentioned items, and there is nothing better than being able to see the crema on the top of the espresso (espresso and cafe crema (long-coffee)) and the three distinct layers in a properly-made cappucino! Just like the presentation in a fine dining establishment, the look of the coffee ads to the savoring! Espresso looks like a pint of Guinness in a pint glass the way it rolls and forms it's head of crema! Everyone who sees the Bormioli stuff thinks it must be plastic because it is so light...even when full. Anyone who's seen them loves 'em. They do a reasonable job keeping the beverage hot and you won't get burned holding an extremely hot cup 'o Joe (the way i like it!) Sorry ladies, my GF can't warm her hands on the Bormioli stuff like she does on single-wall vessels...her only complaint. Don't know If I'll be happy when company comes and I serve them on this stuff...they have to be treated like fine wine glasses. Other than that, I have no reservations about buying the stuff again. When I see the right price, I'll definitely buy more of all three coffee sizes I already have. They look the biz and compliment my Saeco super-auto espresso machine! Enjoy! The glass is formed very thin. I fee like I could break it with a flick of a finger. They are so delicate that I have chosen not to use the 2 other classes that came with the 4 pack. Customer Rating: Summary: Will never go back to regular coffee cups again Comment: I bought this product for cappuccinos and lattes but now I used it for everything! Regular coffee, hot chocolate, and hot tea. A nice big cup you can double fist for stability and not have to worry about it burning your hands.
