Customer Rating:  Summary: Great multi purpose griddle! Comment: I received the griddle when I purchased a cookware set from Anolon and I have found it to be quite useful. Never having owned a griddle prior to this I highly recommend everyone having one in their kitchen set! It's comfortable, easy to clean, and lightweight. Just don't use metal on any of the Anolon Advanced products or it will scratch the non-stick coating. Customer Rating: Summary: LOVE IT! Comment: This griddle pan is great. It is as essential as a kitchen stove and should be in everyone's kitchen. Nothing works better for mixing a multitude of different preparations or for making sauces or gravy. Buy a solid stainless steel whip with moderately stiff wires. Very thin wires are for mixing delicate things like egg whites or whipped cream. Very thick, solid wires are for mixing stiff dough. Choosing Appliance -> Dishwashers Look for models with adjustable baskets and flexible internal layouts for varying load requirements.
