Customer Reviews of T-fal FV3266003 Ultraglide Diffusion Iron with Auto-Off and Vertical Steam, Lilac
Customer Rating: Summary: Mine leaks and is going back today Comment: I bought this iron based on the reviews here. Mine may have been defective, but at the highest steam setting, even at the highest temperature, it leaks water through the soleplate holes. Customer Rating: Summary: Great iron! Comment: I love this iron!! It puts out clouds of steam with ordinary tap water. It is also lightweight, unlike some more expensive and more popular brands. My daughter-in-law liked mine so much that I bought one for her! Customer Rating: Summary: Perfect for my needs Comment: I've used my new Tfal iron for several weeks and it works great. Steams good with no dripping or water leakage. It heats quickly and does a great job getting the wrinkles out even in jeans. It's got a generous sole plate which makes ironing faster and is adequately lightweight. All in all a good product. Very satisfied with the product. Customer Rating: Summary: T- Fal FV3266003 Diffusion iron Comment: I love this iron, it gets hot enough but does not burn clothing as long as you follow the instructions. The steam setting is pretty good, there are four settings and it irons the wrinkles out of jeans and cottons with no problem, which is hard to find. The T-fal iron also has an auto off button, if you forget to turn it off this feature comes in handy. When the iron is in the upright position it comes on automatically and it heats up fast, no long wait time. The Iron also has a non-stick surface so when you use starch it doesn't stick to the iron and make a burnt mess. Cost efficient and does the job!! Customer Rating: Summary: Great iron! Comment: This is my 3rd T-fal iron. I love them! I iron a lot & find this is hands down the best iron, especially for this price. It's light & very easy to use. My only issue is you have to lay it down to fill it. I find that a little awkward, but I can live with it. I highly recommend it. I hope this one lasts a long time, but when it goes I'll be getting another t-fal. More Reviews T-fal's Ultraglide Diffusion Iron is equipped with a patented scratch-resistant, non-stick Ultraglide Diffusion soleplate which glides smoothly over clothes so ironing goes faster and requires less pressure. Tiny holes in the soleplate disperse steam evenly, making it easier to remove wrinkles. Equipped with 3 way auto shut-off for safety, an extended base for added stability, extra large water tank with spring assisted lid, self cleaning anti-scale valve, and vertical steam for delicate garments. Also features 50-gram burst of steam, 25-gram continuous variable steam, spray button, steam button, 9-foot white cord, temperature indicator light, and 1400 watts. The soleplate on this iron is covered under a lifetime warranty. Choosing Appliance -> Mixer Pretty much the same thoughts as the food processor. High quality mixers are great for making bread or other tough jobs. Every kitchen should have one. Be sure that any mixer has all three attachments: paddle, dough hook, and whip. Also, find a spot on the counter where it can be easily accessed at a moment's notice. Choosing Appliance -> Dishwashers Look for models with adjustable baskets and flexible internal layouts for varying load requirements. For example, a tilting upper basket allows large 30cm diameter plates in the lower basket and extra flaps can be raised or lowered to cater for small items or large pans. T-fal FV3266003 Ultraglide Diffusion Iron with Auto-Off and Vertical Steam, Lilac Useful info -> Is the top or bottom element going to perform the self-cleaning cycle? Some ovens only use the top element and others only use the bottom one. Better designed ovens use the bottom element. The reason for this is that most grease spills and splatters (soil) will accumulate on the sides and the floor of the cavity - not on the ceiling (where the broiler is located) and therefore, the element that is the closest to these soiled areas should be the one to work the strongest in order to bake off the soil. |
