It took several emails and about two weeks to get a credit from you because my card was charged the day of the order for the purchase that never materialized. Customer Rating: Summary: Pressure canner capacity Comment: One of the reasons I bought a pressure canner was because you could use it for pressure canning as well as boiling water bath canning. When I read the instruction manual for the canner, I found out it is not tall enough to do quarts in the boiling water method. You can only use it for pints in the boiling water method. I had to buy a boiling water canner to do quarts when I thought I would not have that additiional expense. Choosing Appliance -> Baking sheete Not too much romance here, but essential for any functional kitchen. Buy the heaviest pans possible. Also, you should consider buying a non-stick silicon sheet: they make baking very easy! Choosing Appliance -> Knives The importance of high quality knives can't be stressed enough! Buy the best you can and expect to spend some serious money. It is better to buy a couple of excellent knives and slowly add to your collection rather than buying an entire set of low quality knives.
