Customer Rating:   Summary: not what ordered Comment: Way too big for the roasters i bought, 2 of them. Not for anything but a flat long roaster. Had to send it back and am waiting anxiuosly for my refund. Buy a solid stainless steel whip with moderately stiff wires. Very thin wires are for mixing delicate things like egg whites or whipped cream. Very thick, solid wires are for mixing stiff dough. Kitchen tips -> Cut raw meat When trying to cut thin slices or strips of raw meat, it is easier if you put the meat into the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour before cutting to help firm up the meat, or if the meat was frozen, slice it before it is completely thawed |
