Comment: When we moved into our new house in 2006, we replaced our motley collection of wine glasses and brandy snifters with new sets from the Cristal D'Arques collection. They proved to be extremely durable and lovely to look at. Last week this pitcher was featured for $9.99 at the Friday sale and I snapped it up. I had the same concerns as another reviewer -- it didn't seem to be appropriately packaged given that it was crystal (no bubble wrap, just a box within a box) but it came through unscathed. I had the same experience when I ordered the wine glasses and brandy snifters -- the packing was not terrific, but they came through okay. The set is a good value for the money -- you won't be disappointed. Tips How to Maintain Appliance -> Cleaning & Maintenance Oven Never use a scouring pad of any sort to remove stubborn stains or soiled areas, since these pads scratch the finish and any future soiled areas won't clean up as well, especially with the self-cleaning models. When the oven is cool to the touch, place a cloth or sponge, dampened with warm to hot tap water, onto the soiled area and allow it to sit, for about ten minutes or so, to help loosen the soil. |
