I use a water bath for my cheesecakes, and the way these are made there, is not a drop of water that leaks. Also, these make the removal of the contents very easy and perfect. I have never made a cheesecake of any form before so this was many firsts for me. I looked for a pan in my area and no luck. I chose this pan because of other ratings it received and also the free shipping from Amazon over $25. I also got a cookbook for pressure cooking to get it over $25. Both were good choices. The recipe is in the manual for the Cuisinart one, which is why I bought this pan. I could not find one anywhere else in my area and so I had to buy this one because of the size.
