Customer Rating: Summary: Yea.. it works... but... Comment: Yea.. it works... but... you're going to bake, what... 3 cookies on it? The only good thing about it is that it fits nicely in my toaster oven. Other than that, it's not worth the money. Customer Rating: Summary: Perfect Comment: This is the best cookware I have ever purchased. It heats perfectly. It is very easy to clean. You will not be disappointed in your purchase. Customer Rating: Summary: Achieve perfection with this cookie sheet! Comment: I love this cookie sheet! Since it is nonstick, there is no need to grease this baby up. This means that your cookies will turn out even all over, not with a heavy bottom. The cookies that I made on this sheet turned out perfect-- even all around, high and light and airy! This cookie sheet is a dream to clean up. If you are on a quest to make perfect cookies than this is one tool you can't live without! Customer Rating: Summary: Kaiser Bakeware ExtraordinAire 12x13-Inch Comment: On the whole, I really liked this product. For about a year know, after I inherited the baking bug from my daughter, of all people, I have been trying to perfece my chocolate chip cookie recipe. It was one thing after another blocking my way to cookie perfection. First, too much baking soda, then the cookies meltes instead od baked, then they would burn. With my stove, it is hard to get the right temperature for my cookies. The old cookie sheets that I had just were not corporating, either. They are the old, metal kind that everything would stick or burn on. Then, finally realising that I would never get the kind of moist little mounds of delight talked about through the generations, I broke weak, and through my frustration, bought one of these babies, with the insulation and the non stick surface. Ohh, Ahh! I was thrilled. I tried it out during some holiday baking and almost acheived perfection! The cookies were the right consistancy, they were not little balls and they were not melted, either. They cooked very evenly, and were perfect as far as looks go. The thing that ended up bursting my bubble was the fact that in my excitement and frenzy, I put too much baking soda in them again, so they tasted soda"ie" (Is that a word?). Oh well! C'est la vie! The only thing i did not like about the pan was that it was smaller than my old pans, and I like them bigger because of as many hands I see once the cookie smell fills the house! More Reviews Kaiser manufactures ExtraordinAire cookie sheets by sandwiching a pocket of air between two layers of commercial-weight steel. Kaiser applies two layers of nonstick coating to the interior and exterior of ExtraordinAire cookie sheets, so foods remove ea Choosing Appliance -> Built-in Ovens Ease of cleaning is well worth considering at the outset. Stay clean liners resist dirt build-up but pyrolitic cleaning is the ultimate. It burns off all baked-on debris at 500°C so that all you have to do is sweep out the resulting ash. Look out for ovens with a steam cleaning facility, too, and remember that some ovens have removable inner doors that are easy to clean. Choosing Appliance -> Fridge / Freezers Added features such as ice making and drinks dispensers can all add to the appeal of certain models. Ice making is an option on many American style fridge-freezers, sometimes available without opening the door, as are cold water dispensers. Zoned models offer several storage areas, all at different temperatures, designed to keep a variety of foods fresh for longer. Most manufacturers now offer adjustable shelf heights and storage units which simplify food storage.
