I can make perfect crescent shapes with them, too. The cutting edge is clean and sharp and the see-through design makes perfect placement a cinch. Go to a restaurant supply store and buy a large roll of restaurant plastic wrap. It sticks much better than the common grocery store plastic wrap and is much cheaper per foot. Choosing Appliance -> Sinks Consider which accessories might be beneficial. Many models can be supplied with a draining basket, chopping board and strainer bowls.
