Customer Reviews of Cuisipro 11.5" Splatter Guard
Customer Rating: Summary: SPlatter guard Comment: Does just what it should and keeps the counter from getting freasy with the little feet. Arrived in a ver short time. Don't know what I did without it! Customer Rating: Summary: Great product, wrong one Comment: I ordered the 11.5 and 13 inch splatter guard from you. Since one was wrapped when I got the other one, I didn't realize until after Christmas that you sent me two of the 13 inch. So I am disappointed that I did not get what I paid for. The box was thrown out and too complicated to send one back, so I really shouldn't be reviewing the 11.5 because you didn't send it to me! Customer Rating: Summary: great product Comment: I use this splatter screen frequently. It's sturdy enough not to fall apart from regular use (which is the fate of some other splatter screens i've had), and the feet are a great feature, which keeps food from getting all over your counter or stove. More Reviews Useful for many kinds of stovetop cooking, a good splatter guard both prevents injury and keeps the stove area cleaner while pan-frying or sautéing. This 11-inch-diameter screen is perfect for all 8- to 10-inch skillets or woks, and the extrafine mesh does a bang-up job of keeping oils and liquids in the pan, where they belong. With its all-stainless-steel construction, just pop it in the dishwasher for easy cleanup--no more greasy scrubbing! While these flat kitchen staples are often stored under the counter, the attractive rim and wire handle may have this hanging proudly from your pot rack. --Jill Lightner Choosing Appliance -> Energy-Efficient Refrigerators The EnergyGuide label on new refrigerators will tell you how much electricity in kilowatt-hours (kWh) a particular model uses in one year. The smaller the number, the less energy the refrigerator uses and the less it will cost you to operate. In addition to the EnergyGuide label, don't forget to look for the Energy Star label. A new refrigerator with an Energy Star label will save you between $35 and $70 a year compared to the models designed 15 years ago. This adds up to between $525 and $1,050 during the average 15-year life of the unit. Choosing Appliance -> Fridge / Freezers Added features such as ice making and drinks dispensers can all add to the appeal of certain models. Ice making is an option on many American style fridge-freezers, sometimes available without opening the door, as are cold water dispensers. Zoned models offer several storage areas, all at different temperatures, designed to keep a variety of foods fresh for longer. Most manufacturers now offer adjustable shelf heights and storage units which simplify food storage. Cuisipro 11.5" Splatter Guard Tips How to Maintain Appliance -> Stainless Steel Maintenance Wipe away any acid spills such as from vinegar or grapefruit straight away. Never clean the bowl or draining board with an abrasive cleaner. Instead use liquid detergent in warm water and wipe with a soft cloth to remove water drop marks. Care for stainless steel appliance fascias and cabinet fronts in the same way. If choosing stainless steel cabinets, a 'brushed' surface is less likely to show grease from finger marks. |
