Customer Rating:  Summary: Very Nice product Comment: I like this cookie press much better than the metal one. Its great that you can see inside. The hardware on it works very well and is easy to push the lever in and out. Its easy to clean, especially because its transparent. It makes very nice frosting designs..but you have to be sure that whatever you are using is not too thick,because then it will not work well and jam up. I would recommend it. But it also helps if you take care of it properly. Customer Rating:  Summary: Rikon Cookie Press Comment: I actually used this for the first time last night and was very disappointed. The barrel is very small, as were the cookies. I make a spritz cookie and then ice 2 together with chocolate icing like a sandwich and even the largest disc didn't make the cookies big enough. I ended up getting a disc from an old press, but that didn't work all that great, either!! I bought my daughter one and I am thinking of returning it. Tips How to Maintain Appliance -> Natural Granite Maintenance Granite must not be rubbed with abrasive materials instead, wash with clean warm water to which a non-abrasive light neutral detergent (PH7) may be added. Rinse with clean warm water and dry with a chamois leather or similar. Drainer Grooves can be cleaned using wire wool. |
