Customer Rating:  Summary: COOKIE SCOOPER Comment: I have had this for at least 4 years now and i can't even imagine being without it. I bake cookies quite frequently and use this because it saves me time and all the cookies are uniformly the same size. You will get up to 4" cookies with this scooper and it makes great meatballs as well. I don't have any problems cleaning it or using it. I am ordering the smaller one knowing that i will have great success with it. Highly recommend every kitchen who does alot of baking. Customer Rating:  Summary: NOT 2 tablespoon scoop! Comment: This scoop seems of good quality (though I haven't used it yet, I do have the 2 teaspoon scoop by Norpro which I'm happy with), but the scoop holds way MORE than 2 tablespoons -- it's more like 2 1/2 - 3 tablespoons. What is most surprising is that even the tag that comes with the product states clearly that it holds 2 tablespoons -- wrong!! Didn't the manufacturers bother to confirm this "minor" little detail? If you're seeking accuracy, don't buy this product. Also, there is no way that it would be durable enough to scoop ice cream. Stick to scooping soft things like cookie dough and mashed potatoes, and you'll be happy with this product. Useful info -> How should I decorate my kitchen? Make sure that all wood mouldings such as doors, architraves and skirting boards are adequately painted before decorating. Ceilings too should be completed. Protect cabinets, appliances and floor coverings from paint or paste drips. You may want to unscrew wall cupboard mounted cornice to facilitate decoration. Don't put too much paste on your paper as it can become very soggy and tear rather than cut. Let the paste soak in for the recommended time and use top quality scissors and a craft knife with a ready supply of new blades for a sharp cut. Borders hide ragged edges at the ceiling. You will be so proud of your work when you have finished. |
