This ingenious bucket chills wine or champagne indoors or outdoors and keeps it cold for up to six hours while eliminating messy melted ice and the wet ring an iced bottle leaves behind. Here's how it works: Inside the bottle chiller is a flexible ice pack. Place it in the freezer until it's frozen. (It can be frozen again and again for the life of the bottle chiller, which is virtually infinite.) Place the ice pack and the bottle-chiller's ring inside the bucket, along with the bottle. Twist the black plastic ring to snug it and the ice pack against the bottle. The ice pack will chill the beverage inside the bottle and keep it chilled.
