Customer Rating:   Summary: Bounty Hunter Metal Detector Review Comment: This is my second Bounty Hunter Metal Detector. I've owned a Quick Draw 2 for a few years (which I love) and wanted to try to next higher model. This unit seems to pick up with a better signal, but this detector doesn't have a depth gauge like the QD2. All-in-all worth the money. Within the first wto weeks I found several old coins and a sterling silver cross pendant. Customer Rating: Summary: Good detector for the money Comment: I have just used this detector a couple of times. When working a park most coins found were exactly what the detector said they were and typically at 6". The kids had a blast with it. Customer Rating: Summary: Okay for fun Comment: Once nice feature is that it will tell you if it found a dime or quarter. You will soon find you heart pounding as you dig up a tin can thinking you found a fortune. Okay for fun, for kids. Comment: I ordered one, but would like to know if on the last review if that is salt water or fresh and what kind of luck, and on the other update on further finds, as for the other review just find Google and type in Bounty Hunter and the name of the detector and you'll find all of that then knock it down to the best buy and or support which ever is important to you, I bought a detector when I was 13 by picking strawberries all summer I am 30+ years past that and I had a blast until I sat on it :< , I want that fun back! I know im kinda turning this into a Blog but its important for things left unsaid and more helpful for those checking it out for the first time. The better the rating, the more energy efficient the appliance is - good for both the environment and your pocket. Choosing Appliance -> Cutting boards There seems to be little difference between hard wood and plastic cutting boards from a safety standpoint, as long as they are properly washed and sanitized after each use. Personally, I like the feel of solid wood. One piece of advice--buy large cutting boards. Don't bother with these tiny boards that everyone seems to have in his or her kitchen. Useful info -> Fridge / Freezers No new fridge or fridge/freezer should contain CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons) or HFCs (hydroflourocarbons), which have been linked to the "Greenhouse Effect". However your old fridge may contain them, so please dispose of it thoughtfully. Your local authority should be able to give you some advice and guidelines. |
