I love this pineapple corer and recommend it to all of my friends! Customer Rating: Summary: Works great Comment: I really liked this little gadget. It comes with 3 blade sizes for small to larger pinapples and this is a plus. We grow our own pineapples and sometimes they are smaller so the smallest blade works best and then there are those larger ones so you can use the big blade. It is so easy and quick to prepare a pineapple with this. It really does go right through it with minimal effort and it makes nice even slices. It sure beats using a knife and trying to slice off just the right amount of the outside without wasting it and then getting all those eyes off of it. This wasn't very expensive and rates up there as one of the top kitchen gadgets that really is worth the money. Customer Rating: Summary: Best thing ever! The pineapple is a great container for a fruit dip. Just put dip in pineapple, and can refridgerate the whole then till time to serve. Love, love, love it! The three blades are great for different size fruit. An excellent tool! More Reviews This European device cores a pineapple and removes the meat with as little waste as possible. Depending on the fruit's size, you snap on one of three corers. After slicing off the pineapple's top, you center the plastic corer on the flesh and begin turning it clockwise. When you reach the bottom, simply pull out the corer and, with it, the pineapple's juicy flesh in a neat, ready-to-eat stack. Use the intact shell to hold a fruit salad or tropical sorbet.

Useful info -> Fridge / Freezers No new fridge or fridge/freezer should contain CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons) or HFCs (hydroflourocarbons), which have been linked to the "Greenhouse Effect". However your old fridge may contain them, so please dispose of it thoughtfully. Your local authority should be able to give you some advice and guidelines. |
