Customer Rating:  Summary: Just like the original, works perfect. Comment: We've had this carafe on our Braun coffemaker for years, and finally broke it in the sink while trying to balance a toddler and the morning coffee routine. This replacement carafe was pretty much an exact replacement. I didn't find, as other reviewers had mentioned, the glass to be any thinner than the original. If anything, this one felt a little more secure than our original, specifically the handle attachment to the carafe. Customer Rating: Summary: Very good replacement. Comment: While my original carafe of 11 years still works, the 2-piece lid had one of the pieces break causing splatter whenever coffee is brewed. This new carafe is taller which reduces the opportunity for splatter to exit the carafe and the lid is a 1-piece version, so there are fewer places for failure. As for the comments of the carafe having thinner glass, it does seem that way, but when comparing to the my original carafe, it isn't *that* much thinner. I will say that the shape doesn't lend itself to taking an impact very well when compared to the more squat version that came with my coffee maker since it has much broader sides. When it comes time to improve the product, I would like to see the glass thickened a bit. All in all, we are very pleased with this replacement and wonder why we did not order it sooner. If it breaks, we will order a new one and have kept the old one to hold us over until the new one arrives. Customer Rating: Summary: It works Comment: Its the replacement carafe it's supposed to be. It's the same make/quality as the original...don't expect more and don't expect less. Customer Rating:  Summary: Not as good as the original Comment: We had the older Braun coffee maker and it rocked. The original carafe had a small lip at the top that caught any stray coffee grinds/sludge and prevented it from being poured in the cup. An ingenious and useful design detail. The new aerodynamic design may be pretty, but it's less functional and less durable. Plus the coffee machine itself, in my opinion, does not get hot enough, so the yield is poor. I switched to a Bodum french press and found I could use a 1/3 less coffee and still get a stronger cup. Braun products are not as good as they used to be. Customer Rating: Summary: Just as advertised Comment: Sought a cheap Braun replacement carafe and the description on this item suggested that the box was not perfect, but the contents were in good condition. That turned out to be the case and it was shipped and arrived promptly. More Reviews This 12-cup replacement carafe is for use with all flavor select coffee makers

For example, a tilting upper basket allows large 30cm diameter plates in the lower basket and extra flaps can be raised or lowered to cater for small items or large pans. Choosing Appliance -> Taps If you want a sink with large bowl dimensions to cope with big-pan washing-up, it is worth considering a tap with a pull-out or pull-down spray rinse.
