More Reviews Made of heavy-gauge steel for gentle, uniform heat distribution, the two round, 9-inch cake pans in this set are coated inside with two exceptionally durable nonstick layers. That means they readily release cakes and clean up easily. Because their exteriors are black, the pans absorb heat for quicker baking. Measuring 2 inches deep, the pans are ideal for making a layer cake. They're warp-resistant and carry a three-year warranty against defects. Though the pans are dishwasher-safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the nonstick coating's life.
