Customer Rating:  Summary: Pours Left or Right Handed! Comment: Must-have item for the ambidextrous coffee drinker. Also, it doesn't leak and drop small bits of glass on the counter like its predecessor, which was cracked in an appliance malfunction involving the dishwasher (reviewed separately; keyword: butterfingers). Some assembly required (lid must be snapped onto carafe). Customer Rating:  Summary: Beware Comment: I purchased this as replacement and although it is a nice sturdy carafe, it will not work with model #134 as specified, unless you held on to your original lid. However, when I opened the box there was a note to call Krups if you need to use this carafe with models 134 & 135. Krups was very helpful in getting a cover sent to me at no extra charge, that would work with my model. Customer Rating: Summary: Nice glass carafe. Sturdy handle. Comment: Purchased a replacement carafe after the original one borke in the dishwasher. This carafe is durable and great for those like myself that ended up with a broken one. Tips How to Maintain Appliance -> Natural Granite Maintenance Granite must not be rubbed with abrasive materials instead, wash with clean warm water to which a non-abrasive light neutral detergent (PH7) may be added. Rinse with clean warm water and dry with a chamois leather or similar. Drainer Grooves can be cleaned using wire wool. |
