Customer Reviews of Zelco "itty bitty" Book Light, Volume 2
Customer Rating: Summary: The Best Book Light Ever Comment: The best book reading light I've ever purchased. The on off arm of the light conveinently unique and produces sufficient lighting to read either page without considerable adjustment. My wife first purchased one and we have bought three additional lights since (p.s. don't catch cord in the vacuum). I'll never use another reading light except this Itty Bitty light. I'm hooked! Customer Rating: Summary: itty bitty Book Light Comment: The "itty biitty" book light is light, easy to use and provides a bright, direct light that doesn't seem to disturb those around me. Customer Rating: Summary: The Little Light That Could Comment: The light is bright and fully covers the page. It is easy to operate and ultra light weight. I had an adapter from my use with the Itty Bitty Book Light and so I can't speak to how long it operates with the battery pack. I do like the battery pak for use during occasional power outages or when traveling. I have tried many different book lights and always preferred this brand but did have trouble with the original version's switch. They seem to have addressed the problems with this model. I am sold on this light. Customer Rating: Summary: Not Enough Light Comment: I used this product on a train one night when everyone was told to put out their lights (I was traveling through the former Yugoslavian Republic during war time) and it didn't really work, I could barely make out the naked pictures of women in the magazine. The light does not give enough luminescence to read without getting your eyes tired and the stand keeps falling over. Customer Rating: Summary: No Transformer Comment: I'm sure it a perfectly nice booklight but I sent it back without trying it because it had no AC transformer. I thought it did because the one in the picture gallery does have a transformer. This product does not. More Reviews ITTY BITTY BOOKLHT V 2 PAPERBACK - ZELCO (ACCESSORY) Choosing Appliance -> Sinks Consider which accessories might be beneficial. Many models can be supplied with a draining basket, chopping board and strainer bowls. A drainer extension can be useful for sinks without a drainer where worktop space is limited in a small kitchen. Choosing Appliance -> Energy-Efficient Refrigerators The EnergyGuide label on new refrigerators will tell you how much electricity in kilowatt-hours (kWh) a particular model uses in one year. The smaller the number, the less energy the refrigerator uses and the less it will cost you to operate. In addition to the EnergyGuide label, don't forget to look for the Energy Star label. A new refrigerator with an Energy Star label will save you between $35 and $70 a year compared to the models designed 15 years ago. This adds up to between $525 and $1,050 during the average 15-year life of the unit. Zelco "itty bitty" Book Light, Volume 2 Useful info -> Energy-Efficient Dishwashers Most of the energy used by a dishwasher is for water heating. The EnergyGuide label estimates how much power is needed per year to run the appliance and to heat the water based on the yearly cost of gas and electric water heating. When it is time to buy a new unit, look for the Energy Star label. |
