Customer Rating:  Summary: Just what I was looking for Comment: Having purchased previously a wire mesh type from H-Depo, I lost half my food to the flames. This nifty device keeps a good 95% of my sliced up veggies and garlic intact. A few notes to the first time users... Don't be afraid to let your veggies blacken somewhat. Mashmallows get totally crisp before they get their good flavor right? Cook on a high heat and keep stiring. Steel may blacken, but it won't hurt future cookings. Have 2 potholders ready to pick this guy up, the metal gets very hot all around. I learned those last few the hard way, so maybe I can save you some time. Happy grilling!
