This set is not made of stainless steel, more like a stainless steel covering and is now bubbling up around both the salt and the pepper. The Pepper mill is a little difficult to get the pepper to grind to a nice consistancy. Had BIG hunks of peppercorns that comes out. Overall, not happy with this purchase. For example, a tilting upper basket allows large 30cm diameter plates in the lower basket and extra flaps can be raised or lowered to cater for small items or large pans. Choosing Appliance -> Baking sheete Not too much romance here, but essential for any functional kitchen. Buy the heaviest pans possible.
