Customer Rating:  Summary: I <3 Cast Iron Comment: This product gives you everything you can possibly dream for in a cast iron pan. The size is perfect for omelets and frittatas, they come out tasting delicious! Customer Rating: Summary: Excellent value for cast-iron. Comment: I already have a large cast-iron pan and a tiny one, so I wanted one that is medium sized to make a few eggs for breakfast. This one is perfect. I started using cast-iron as an alternative to non-stick and aluminum pans when I found out the dangers of using such pans. Now I only use stainless steel and cast-iron and this one is a great one. However, I followed the directions in preparation for cooking and have experienced the cornbread sticking to bottom of skillet each time I have used it (now about 6 times).
