Comment: I bought these as a gift to myself and love them. They're great for serving fajitas on or putting in the oven to make a nacho. The skillets come with a recipe or two and are easy to clean even after sitting the night. The wooden plates keep the table cool and the grips are all you need when its hot.

A great gift for any kitchen lover.

Comment: I purchased these Fajita skillets as a gift for a friend. I am very impressed with the whole package of wooden trivet, cast iron skillet and handle mitt. The handle mitt is a nice touch and brings the whole "southwest" experience together. Also, the wooden trivet is a nice cherry tone. I think I need to order more for myself!
