Good size storage for the fridge too. More Reviews This smaller 2-quart salad spinner dries just enough greens to feed side salads to a family of four. The plastic colander insert is useful for a first washing and straining of lettuce leaves, kale, or collard greens and then fits into the transparent bowl to spin dry. The tight-fitting spinner lid has a pull cord that rotates the basket in two directions so greens are tossed as well as dried. The plastic ring on the end of the cord is hard and heavy so make sure fingers and any breakable glassware or ceramics are out of the way when you let go. If the cord becomes unwound, you can easily rewind it by rotating the bottom of the spinner lid. This salad spinner’s bowl has three non-slip pads underneath it to keep it stable during spinning and comes with an extra storage lid to keep salad greens fresh for days at a time. --Cristina Vaamonde

Useful info -> Self-Cleaning Ovens Store measuring cups, mixing bowls and other items used together in the same place. Duplicate frequently used items like cutting boards, knives and dish towels in each work area. Keep two containers - one at the baking center, the other at the range - for wooden spoons, spatulas and other cooking basics. And try to store every item at its first point of use. Keep the saute pan near the range, and stow pasta pots near the sink. |
