Customer Reviews of Kaiser Bakeware Noblesse Pizza Crisper
Customer Rating: Summary: It's Cool and Crisps at the Same Time Comment: This product does what it advertises to do. My frozen pizza (thin crust from Trader Joe's) comes out crispy and cooked all the way through. Only 3 stars because even though the pan is sturdy -- should last for years -- and will support a typically loaded pizza (medium/large or smaller) it will flex. Because of this, IMHO, the pan will not support a deep dish pie without the help of both hands. More Reviews Offering the crisping character of a pizza stone without the crippling price, this Kaiser 14-inch pizza crisper is ideal for homemade, frozen, or leftover pizzas. The crisper comes with several holes in the bottom so your pizza will be evenly crisped, along with a two-layer nonstick coating that delivers a perfect release every time. Because the crisper belongs to the Noblesse line of cookware, its heavy-gauge steel construction is guaranteed to last a lifetime, and it won't ever warp. This sturdy crisper will bear even the most topping-heavy pizza from oven to table. --Rivers Janssen Choosing Appliance -> Spatulas Buy a sturdy stainless spatula for general uses and a Teflon spatula for your non-stick pan. In addition, buy a silicon baking spatula for scraping bowls. Silicon is an amazing substance which is heat resistant up to 550 degrees. Choosing Appliance -> Dishwasher Choose a dishwasher with sturdy compression springs in the door. Also look for tough, lightweight nylon or graphite racks with cushioned tips that protect glassware and cookware. Weimer recommends choosing a model with a rack design that provides the largest, most flexible interior space and is configured for your belongings, including odd-shaped pieces. Kaiser Bakeware Noblesse Pizza Crisper Kitchen tips -> Rice cooking Add a few drops of lemon juice and a teaspoon of oil to rice when cooking. This will allow the rice to separate and not stick together after it is cooked. You can also try just adding a tablespoon of vinegar to the water to prevent rice from sticking |
