Customer Rating:   Summary: Shabby quality, finicky blender Comment: Avoid this blender. You can do better with a low-priced model from your local discount store. Sometimes it won't turn on, sometimes you turn the switch to 'off,' and it won't turn off. Parts of the bowl's handle/spring apparatus also tend to come loose, and you can't use it until everything's properly aligned again. I can't imagine that it actually ever sells for the advertised retail price! Customer Rating: Summary: It pays to read the reviews........... Comment: Wish there had been some product reviews available when I bought this blender. It lasted about 3 or 4 uses and then quit. It was my first Girmi product and will probably be my last. Blender comes with 2 attachments, which just like the container and lid, are plastic. That is the main drawback. It chopped ice just fine and otherwise works great.
