But sometimes, I just can't get the yogurt to gel. I'd still recommend this product for the times it does work. It makes eating yogurt more convenient (and more fun). However, you may also have noticed that increasingly yogurts have become overly sweet, artificially colored, and artificially flavored. If you want to control what goes into your yogurt, this machine allows you to control ingredients, fat content, and even the thickness. You can also make 7 different flavors simultaneously if you like!

It is as essential as a kitchen stove and should be in everyone's kitchen. Nothing works better for mixing a multitude of different preparations or for making sauces or gravy. Buy a solid stainless steel whip with moderately stiff wires. Very thin wires are for mixing delicate things like egg whites or whipped cream. Very thick, solid wires are for mixing stiff dough.
