Customer Rating:  Summary: Tricked by another review Comment: An earlier review warned that the V-Slicer did not come with a safety holder and it had to be ordered separately, so I did. The V-Slicer did in fact come with the safety holder, so I have 2. It's not a lot of money, but it is a waste. Customer Rating:  Summary: Best Safety Holder I've Tried Comment: I have several single-use mandolines (bought at Thrift Stores). This safety holder works with all of them, and is much more comfortable in the hand than others I've tried. It also holds food fairly securely. Customer Rating: Summary: Great item!
