Customer Rating:  Summary: great product for the price Comment: For [...] bucks this is a great machine. Has a lot of power. I've used it to clean the grout in my tile in the kitchen. You still have to use a scrub brush, but the steam loosens all the dirt great. Don't think you stil aren't going to have to scrub a little. But this helped minimize the scrubbing GREATLY! I also cleaned my bathroom with it and was very pleased. Customer Rating:  Summary: Pretty Good Cleaner Comment: I seldom review products but after using this a bit, I feel compelled to do so. I want to start by saying I think this is a pretty good cleaner as long as you know what to expect. The shark does not get hot enough to get rid of the baked on mess on your stove or anything really sticky. This steamer does a great job of general cleaning without the use of any chemicals. If you have white cabinets and lots of moulding around door frames etc, this thing is GREAT. It blasts all the dust and dirt that settles on them and makes it easy to clean.
