I usually hang my spoons on the side of the fridge on magnetic hooks but these are so heavy the hooks won't hold them so I have had to buy stronger hooks. ;-D Customer Rating: Summary: Measuring Spoons for Men that Like Tools Comment: With their serious heft, these compliment vintage cast iron and multiclad cookware. These aren't dainty little spoons that you almost have to worry might bend under running water. There is no useless plastic or rubber on the handles. They stack well and they are easy to store. As with all good tools, as long as you take care of them they will likely take care of you for a lifetime. Customer Rating: Summary: What I Have Always Wanted Comment: I have been looking for something like these for years. I hate when cooking utensils have useless plastic and rubber handles. These have none of the useless features that I don't like. They compliment my cast iron and multiclad cookware with their serious heft. These should be able to last a lifetime if properly cared for. Other people have complained about these being too shallow. There are not many things in my cooking roster that require an exact measurement and I can't think of many things that do. Heck, my grandmother never used measuring devices and she cooked amazing meals without ever using an exact measurement. Customer Rating: Summary: Very Durable! However, they are functional as well. The curved end allows you to place them on a counter without spilling their contents. They are very sturdy and accurate too. The price was the same as other ones I looked at that were not as sturdy or nice. I also purchased the measuring cups that match these. They were a bit pricey and I usually don't buy matching sets, but the quality and looks sold me. I research a lot of my kitchen tools before buying, but measuring cups and spoons are just not that special enough to nitpick over functionality.
