Customer Reviews of Rosle Oyster Knife 7-in.
Customer Rating: Summary: Oyster lover Comment: This is an excellent knife for opening oysters. I loved it so much I bought another for my holiday home. The larger Rosle "oyster" knife is really best for clams. This knife is very strong with a point sharp enough to get directly into the hinge and pop it open quickly. The handle is also large enough for my husbands very large hands and does not slip. More Reviews The stainless steel slender blade sharpened even around the tip is strikingly effective for entering the hard oyster shell. The ergonomic handle and sturdy blade on this 2.5-in. oyster knife give optimum leverage, thereby reducing your effort to a minimum. (Blade not forged) Choosing Appliance -> Shopping Washer When shopping for a new washer, look for a front loading (horizontal-axis) machine. This machine may cost more to buy but uses about a third of the energy and less water than a top-loading machine. With a front loader, you'll also save more on clothes drying, because they remove more water from your clothes during the spin cycle. Look for the Energy Star label. Choosing Appliance -> Energy-Efficient Refrigerators The EnergyGuide label on new refrigerators will tell you how much electricity in kilowatt-hours (kWh) a particular model uses in one year. The smaller the number, the less energy the refrigerator uses and the less it will cost you to operate. In addition to the EnergyGuide label, don't forget to look for the Energy Star label. A new refrigerator with an Energy Star label will save you between $35 and $70 a year compared to the models designed 15 years ago. This adds up to between $525 and $1,050 during the average 15-year life of the unit. Rosle Oyster Knife 7-in. Useful info -> How should I decorate my kitchen? What will you choose, paint or wallpaper? Modern emulsion paints are very easy to apply using rollers, brushes or pads. Two coats of a good quality silk finish are recommended for durable cover. If your kitchen front is plain you can liven up the room by choosing patterned wallpaper. A light colour will make your room appear larger. Because kitchens are working rooms where moisture, grease and dust collect choose a wipe clean surface such smooth vinyl. Avoid embossed papers as they accumulate dirt, are hard to clean and easily graze. |
