Summary: More volume, lighter jar
Comment: This blender jar is lightweight and has an extra cup of volume compared with the glass one that it's replacing. I love it!

One thing, though, is that the picture doesn't reflect the actual product - it's just the jar, no cover is included. For me, that wasn't a problem because I still have the top from the glass jar it's replacing. But if you're in the market for a jar with a top, you'll have to buy the top separately.
