Customer Rating:   Summary: Overall, a great buy... Comment: I ordered this pizza peel because I was tired of fighting with pizzas to get them in and out of the oven. It arrived quickly, and was what I expected. It seems to be made of pine, (not sure) so it is light-weight, making it very easy to handle. I would not try to cut a pizza on this however, due to the soft wood. The edge of this peel was slightly rough at first, so I did use some sandpaper on it to smooth it out a bit, but it wasn't bad enough to be a real problem anyway. Bottom line... this peel is inexpensive, looks good, and does exactly what it was designed to do. It is an overall great buy. Customer Rating: Summary: Too much resistance Comment: Next time I would choose an aluminum peel so the unbaked pizza dough slides off better. But, it does make a good decoration! More Reviews
