Customer Rating:  Summary: VERY SHARP! Comment: It's the one and only knife for making an Israeli style fresh vegetables salad. This knife produces a really microscopic dice of two cucumbers, one red or yellow pepper and one tomato: repeat as many times as necessary! Also,have a few band-aids ready: trust me, you will need them! Customer Rating: Summary: super knife! Comment: This is a great knife all around. Very sharp, great price and I like the weight. Many may think the more expensive, heavier weight equals value, but I think you could not do better. I will definitely buy more. For the price, I figured 'what have I got to lose -- and I won't have to pay shipping!' Comment: This is an awesome knife, I also bought the larger Santoku blade so this is a great extra. Its best for things like tomatoes, citrus, or anything that isnt needing a larger knife. The serrated blade is extremeley sharp and will cut through anything without tearing! love it! Customer Rating:  Summary: Excellent knife - watch out for the tip! Comment: I bought this knife to use as a slicing knife for soft things like tomatoes and kiwis. It works great and can also used for slicing carrots, potatoes, celery, citrus, etc. The cutting edge extends part way around the tip of the knife, so be careful as this baby is very sharp and it's easy to cut yourself because of the shape of the blade. I managed to slice two parallel cuts in a finger getting it out of the !#@%&! clamshell package! It's lightweight, well balanced, the handle is textured and non-slip, and the edge is wavy, not serrated, so it makes smooth cuts. It's a great little utility knife. Choosing Appliance -> Convection Ovens Convection ovens allow you to bake more foods (cookies, muffins, etc.) at once with even browning, but without the need to shift and rotate pans. A convection oven is the same as a conventional oven except a fan is installed in the back interior of the oven. The fan is used to blow and force the heat to circulate in the oven and around the food, thus eliminating the need to rotate and shift pans. In reality, though, even with the most expensive convection ovens, you will still need to rotate your foods, because there will always exist still hot spots in the cavity, because the cavity is small. Don't compare home convection ovens with most commercial convection ovens used by bakers and small food manufacturers, because their commercial ovens are much larger than home ovens and commercial ovens don't have any hot spots and therefore, there's no need to shift and rotate pans. Choosing Appliance -> Built-in Ovens The standard 60cm oven has been joined by various other sizes. Now consumers can choose from 60,70 and 90cm wide built-in single ovens.
