Customer Rating:   Summary: Gorgeous, but heavy Comment: This piece is stunning, but it's much too large and heavy for serving, the purpose for which I bought it. Still, very impressive and well priced. Customer Rating: Summary: Very Large Item Comment: I was very surprized at the size of this item. I really love the pitcher, but it is much too large and bulky to use as a serving piece. Be aware that Pfaltzgraff lists it as "oversized" and it really is. It is about the size of the old washstand pitchers. I plan on using my pitcher to hold a flower arrangement on my serving/buffet table. Also, it states on the page that it is dishwasher safe, but it comes with instructions to "handwash only". This item would never fit in my dishwasher anyway.
