Customer Reviews of Nor Pro Grip Ez- Professional Meat Tenderizer
Customer Rating: Summary: Meat Tenderizer Comment: This is a great little tool, mainly because of its very inexpensive price. Pros: -Inexpensive -Really does tenderize the meat, and does it well Cons: -Difficult to clean the interior spikes Other than that I've had no problems with it. The only way for me to clean it is squeezing soapy water into it just after I've finished using it. The grip works well, since a lot of vigorous pounding is required. Prepare to do a lot of pounding though, but it will be worth it as steaks that were once tough and stringy will be tender. Customer Rating: Summary: Great little Tenderizer Comment: This thing should be called the Little Poker. It's one hell of a tenderizer. I would have rated it higher than a 4 and given it a 5 but it's already started to rust. That's entirely my fault for not cleaning and drying it. I assumed that I could just rinse and clean it and leave it to air dry. Do not do that. I would spray alittle vegetable oil or harmless mineral oil on it to keep it from Rusting. It works very well and for the money it's a steal. Customer Rating: Summary: Meat Tenderizer Comment: The product I bought, a meat tenderizer, works well at tenderizing steaks I sometimes broil in the oven. Customer Rating: Summary: Good Deal Comment: Good Deal, Fast Shipping. Used my last one for 10 years. Excellent Product! Would buy again. Customer Rating: Summary: Very effective Comment: My friend had one and I used one similar to this product and it was great. I purchase this product for myself and I love it. It does a great job tenderlizing the meat. Hope you don't mine a little work. It is a manual tenderizer, but worth every bit when you take a bite of that steak! More Reviews Choosing Appliance -> Do I need a dishwasher? If you enjoy washing by hand, no! However modern machines use less water, detergent and power than ever before and wash hotter using really powerful cleaners giving a hygienic wash result. You can save around 500 hours a year so it is worth thinking about. If you have a small kitchen or live alone, choose a slimline model. Choosing Appliance -> Ladles Look for ladles that are made of one piece of stainless steel rather than a handle and dome which are spot welded together. With use, spot welded ladles tend to come apart. Buy several differnet sizes.
