After burning bread and cookies on them I knew something had to change. I read the reviews on these and decided to give them a try. So glad I did. No more burned food. Nice and heavy, easy to clean,nothing bad to say about them! Would recommend to any and everyone! Normally I go to Wal-Mart for cookie sheets. But after reading the product reviews I decided to give this a chance. They are industrial strength. They have a nice non-stick surface. I use Amazon Prime and they were on my doorstep within 2 days. Definately a good deal for anybody looking to purchase new cookie sheets. What wonderful cookie sheets! Very heavy, and the non stick coating is great. The dark coating helps the bottoms of baked goods to brown nicely. I have baked everything on them and they still look brand new. They are wonderful for warming up leftover pizza, leftover fried foods, and baking rolls and cookies.
