But i would season with bacon fat ant least a few times before using Customer Rating: Summary: Love this pan! Comment: I got one of these pans and and liked it so much I got another one. I've made cornbread, biscuits a number of times they tun out so good. Doesn't STICK! If you keep it well seasoned cleaning with just hot water is all you need. Then recoat with alittle shortening wipe it down and its ready for next time. Never leave it soak in water or wash with soap. Its a wonderful addition to my cast iron collection. It needs to be pre seasoned before using, even though it is described as already having been 'pre seasoned'. It is just the right size to make bread for breakfast sandwiches. Tips How to Maintain Appliance -> Natural Granite Maintenance Granite must not be rubbed with abrasive materials instead, wash with clean warm water to which a non-abrasive light neutral detergent (PH7) may be added. Rinse with clean warm water and dry with a chamois leather or similar. Drainer Grooves can be cleaned using wire wool. |
