Customer Rating:   Summary: Works as a great novelty to show off to friends but quality is horrible Comment: At first this thing worked great it took the bottle cap off every time. It was awesome, but after about 5 months of rare of use, the spring got shot and it started taking about at least 3 pushes to get the cap off. Quality should have been much better. For what I paid for, the quality was way too low. I would recommend this only if you plan on using it once maybe twice a year tops. You know maybe use it at Christmas and show it off to your extended family but other than that it'll just make a nice paperweight. Customer Rating: Summary: Buy this! Plus, it makes a great gift. To use, simply push the cylinder down quickly and firmly on any beer or soda bottle and off comes the cap--amazingly easily. Not much strength is required. The cylinder basically pops up on its own thanks to a metal spring device. The Be Open works on both twist-off and regular bottle caps, and is available in different finishes to match any kitchen or bar décor (the plastic model, stamped with the Be Open logo, is considerably lighter in weight than the stainless-steel model). Choosing Appliance -> Built-in Ovens Ease of cleaning is well worth considering at the outset. Stay clean liners resist dirt build-up but pyrolitic cleaning is the ultimate. It burns off all baked-on debris at 500°C so that all you have to do is sweep out the resulting ash. Look out for ovens with a steam cleaning facility, too, and remember that some ovens have removable inner doors that are easy to clean. Choosing Appliance -> Cutting boards There seems to be little difference between hard wood and plastic cutting boards from a safety standpoint, as long as they are properly washed and sanitized after each use. Personally, I like the feel of solid wood. One piece of advice--buy large cutting boards. Don't bother with these tiny boards that everyone seems to have in his or her kitchen. They are not user friendly. Once you get down to serious cutting or chopping, the small boards are always woefully inadequate and downright maddening!
